Message Hey need some help.

I upgraded from 370cc injectors to 750cc injectors over the winter. I had it stored in my garage away from the winter environment. I did the plenum pull and what not and put everything back together. I also had my ASH ECU reflashed for my new setup. It has stalled out on me when going into reverse and when shifting it into drive. It needs some gas when idling or when changing gears so it does not stall out. It was running fine before the winter except a high idle of 1500rpm when it was cold out (Under 40 degrees).

There is a slight intermittent misfire and you can hear the misfire at both tail pipes. I'm thinking it is caused by the lean condition.

What I've done so far:
- Boost leak test three to four times (Only one hose around the recirc valve is leaking somewhat) but no other leaks around plenum.
- Set TPS to .45V and 4.5V at WOT
- Set timing to 15 degrees also set TDC. Have checked it multiple times and set it twice to make sure.
- Sprayed carb cleaner into the IACV/ACC (No help at all)
- I tried setting the idle but it would not let me after unplugging the yellow connector (stalling out).
- MAF cleaned (Did not touch the hot-wire) and getting a reading of 1.4V when car is on.
- Checked fuel pressure and is right on 38psi and holding pressure after car is shut off. No leaks.
- Took out my SAFC and double checked ECU wiring
- Replaced spark plugs with new PFR6B-11B
- My oil smells like oil.
- Moved the coolant temp sensor around to see if anything would change. Nothing.
- Code 55. All is good according to the ECU.

Notes:
PTU is new style and in good condition.
Body is a 1990 while engine is 1996.
All coil connectors and injector connectors are new. New spark plug boots but coil packs are not new. No corrosion.
A/F gauge is narrow band.
I do not have a consult.
